To resolve these issues, adjust the relative positioning of the deflector plate and the centerline of the water flow direction; fine-tune the rocker arm adjustment mechanism and its associated screws; tighten the retaining plate screws or reposition the rocker arm spring to achieve the desired angle; clear any obstructions in the flow channels, or optimize the working environment pressure; and finally, either polish the hollow shaft and sleeve surfaces or replace the hollow shaft with a new sleeve assembly.

4. Sprinkler irrigation machine Nozzle instability

The reasons include: improper installation of the sprinkler arm, incorrect spring adjustment, and loose rocker shaft; failure of the sprinkler’s reversing mechanism or severe wear on the rocker shaft; and the reversing mechanism being set too low, resulting in excessive friction.

5. The sprayer nozzle has a small spraying range and produces uneven coverage.

The reasons are: the sprinkler rocker arm is set to an excessively high ball-impact frequency; the rocker arm height has been incorrectly developed; the pressure cannot be too low; and the flow channels are blocked. To address these issues, adjust the rocker arm spring, as well as the adjustments and screws, and modify the water intake design depth of one of the rocker arms. Additionally, calibrate the working environment pressure and remove any blockages in the flow channels.

When using drip irrigation, do not use saline solution for irrigation, and avoid applying it in areas where adequate flushing conditions are unavailable. Or use it year-round, otherwise the drip irrigation effect will be compromised.
